The surgery offers a mixture of routine, urgent and telephone consultations.  Appointments are for 10 minutes, one appointment per patient. If you require longer with the doctor, please ask for a double appointment.

Routine Appointments: Routine appointments are available daily and may be booked either by phone or in person at the surgery. Where possible, patients will be allocated an appointment with the GP or clinician of their choice however, patients must be willing to see any member of clinical staff.

Urgent Appointments: Requests for same day urgent appointments should be made between 08:30am and 9:30am. Your call will be answered by a GP who will assess the urgency of your request.

Telephone Consultations/ Advice: If you need to speak to a GP for health advice or test results you should contact the surgery between 12.30pm and 1pm.

Cancellations / Delays: It is helpful if you attend the surgery on time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may be asked to make another appointment.  Please let us know if you are unable to keep your appointment, so that we can offer it to another patient
