* SPPG have put a temporary registration freeze in place from today (19/12/24) until the end of January 2025.
* Patients currently registered with a GP Practice in their area should not move to another Practice within the same catchment area.
* Patients new to the area or without a current GP (including new babies), can still be registered and provided with Immediately Necessary Treatment.
To register with the Practice you must have a medical card. If you do not have a medical card a duplicate can be obtained from the Business Services Organisation and a form to request this can be provided by the surgery. All new patients wishing to register will be invited to attend a New Patient Medical. This is a health screening assessment and provides an opportunity to introduce you, to the practice and to the services we provide.
Regrettably we cannot register patients who live outside our area. Please check with the receptionist where our boundaries are. We are also unable to register children at the surgery unless their parent(s) / guardian(s) are registered with us.
We can only provide care and medical services to people who are entitled to NHS care. If you have any queries to your entitlement to NHS services, or documents required to prove your entitlement please consult the Business Services Organisation website: https://hscbusiness.hscni.net/services/1814.htm or contact their helpline number 0300 555 0113.
